The attorneys at the Firm routinely serve as counsel to health care providers in business transactions routinely encountered by providers including drafting and negotiating partnership agreements, buy/sell agreements, management agreements, leasing agreements, vendor services agreements and employment agreements. In addition to general business transactions, the attorneys at the Firm also drafting policies addressing healthcare compliance issues, including compliance plans and policies. Unlike general business transactions, healthcare transactions require additional scrutiny because of the complex regulations affecting healthcare providers.
